The hotel was fantastic, offering a great location with easy access to Tsim Sha Tsui attractions, friendly service, and complimentary snacks and drinks. However, the dining experience fell short with slow service and limited choices.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of great experiences and a few minor drawbacks. The rooms were generally clean and spacious, although the bathrooms were a bit small. However, the fantastic outdoor view from the bathtub made up for it. Accessing the rooms through the bullet lift was a thrilling experience, especially with the harbor views. The size of the room exceeded my expectations, offering a range of amenities and comfortable furnishings. The only downside was that the rooms were on the smaller side compared to other hotels.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms may not have been very large, but they had everything I needed. The view from my corner room with adjoining windows was breathtaking. The only downside was the slightly off-center hanging space for clothes. The hotel also included great amenities like a large flat screen TV, ADSL connection, i-Pod dock, and a quiet fridge. Plus, the in-house laundry bag, iron & ironing board, and robes added a touch of convenience. The service was top-notch, with friendly and professional staff who made my reservation directly with the hotel a breeze. The Club Lounge had outstanding staff, although there were minor hiccups in communication at check-in. The location was perfect, close to major attractions like Nathan Road and the MTR stations, making sightseeing a breeze. The dining experience was delightful, especially at the AVA restaurant on the 38th floor. The breakfast options were varied and high quality. The facilities were pristine and the overall value for money was excellent.

My stay at the hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were very clean and roomy, with every facility I needed available. The location was ideal for exploring the city, with easy access to public transport and plenty of dining options nearby. However, there were some noise disturbances at certain times of the day, which could be bothersome. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with good food but limited variety, especially for evening cocktails. Despite a few minor issues, the service provided by the staff was really helpful and informative.

My stay at the hotel was lovely! The rooms were clean and tidy with a nice harbor view, although a bit small. I must thank Mr Robert Lemkay-RDM for assisting us and assigning a room on the 21st floor with a breathtaking view of Victoria Harbour. The rooms are of the same sizes, but being on the 32nd floor with 2 direct lifts exclusive to higher floors offered a fantastic view of the Hong Kong harbour skyline with no obstructions.

The hotel offers good value for money with comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and a great location near plenty of restaurants and shopping options. However, there are some issues with room size and certain staff interactions need improvement.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view of the harbor. The lounge access with snacks and coffee all day was a nice touch, but the bathroom facilities could be improved. The location was perfect for shopping and sightseeing, close to the MTR and Star Ferry, with easy access to transportation options. However, the dining experience was a bit overpriced though the buffet spread was decent.

I couldn't get enough of the stunning view of Victoria Harbour from my room, especially at night, facing the harbor. The size of the room was just alright, but we could have used a few more hangers. Overall, a good stay with a beautiful view.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the rooms were new and comfortable, the work desk setup made it impossible for me to get work done efficiently. The service was courteous and helpful, although there were some language barriers and misunderstandings. The location was great, with easy access to MTR stations and attractions, but the dining experience left much to be desired.

I had a nice enough stay at the hotel. The rooms were surprisingly large, especially for Hong Kong, offering a great view. However, my room was small with a view of run-down buildings. The service, connected with the Club Rooms, was extremely helpful and friendly, always with a smile.
